Transcription seems stuck or failed. On-device transcription downloads a speech model on first use — keep the app open on a good connection for the first run. If a meeting shows FAILED, open it and tap retry; the pipeline resumes from where it left off.
Where are my recordings stored? Recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on Advanced AI summaries, which sends only the transcript text for that request.
How do I import an existing recording? Use the import option on the home screen, or share an audio file to PitchNotes from the Files or Voice Memos share sheet.
Advanced AI summaries aren’t available. Advanced AI is part of PitchNotes Pro and requires an internet connection. Check your subscription in Settings, then try Restore Purchases if it was bought on another device.
Subscriptions & billing
PitchNotes Pro is billed through your Apple Account. To manage, cancel, or request a refund, use Apple’s tools:
If Pro features don’t unlock after purchase, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Delete your data
All meeting content lives on your device. Delete individual meetings from the meeting list, or remove everything at once from Settings → Delete All Meetings. Deleting the app removes its data as well.
