Overview

PitchNotes is designed to keep the source conversation under your control. The app does not require a PitchNotes account and does not use your meeting content for advertising.

Recordings and on-device transcription

Recordings, imported audio, transcripts, and saved meeting notes are stored on your iPhone. Transcription is performed on your device. This content remains there until you delete individual meetings, use the app’s delete-all control, or remove the app and its data.

Optional Advanced AI summaries

Advanced AI summaries are optional. Before the feature is enabled, PitchNotes asks for your permission to send transcript text—not the original audio—to third parties for processing. PitchNotes infrastructure hosted by Vercel relays the request, and DeepSeek processes the transcript to generate the requested summary and sales insights.

PitchNotes does not intentionally store transcript text or generated summaries on its relay after the request completes. Vercel and DeepSeek may process service and security data under their own policies. Do not enable Advanced AI for content you are not authorized to send for processing. You can withdraw permission at any time by turning Advanced AI off in Settings; future summaries will then be generated on device.

Purchases

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. PitchNotes uses App Store transaction information to verify Pro access. Apple processes your payment information; PitchNotes does not receive your full payment card details.

Diagnostics

PitchNotes maintains operational diagnostics needed to identify processing failures and improve reliability. Meeting content is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.

Your choices

• Keep Advanced AI turned off and use on-device transcription and summaries.
• Delete meetings and their local recordings inside the app.
• Delete all locally stored meetings from Settings.
• Manage or cancel PitchNotes Pro through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Recording consent

You are responsible for following applicable recording and privacy laws and obtaining consent when required.
